We are seeking full-time and part-time staff for day, evening and overnight shifts in Columbia, Fulton, Mexico, Auxvasse and New Bloomfield. We also have openings in Sedalia and Arrow Rock. We need caring, committed individuals who want to make a real difference in the lives of the individuals we serve. You’ll be working with developmentally disabled individuals in their home, so this is a rewarding and responsible position.

Seriously–this is not easy stuff. But if you do the right thing over and over, you’ll definitely see the rewards–both with your career and your job satisfaction. We’ve had a person rise from part time to Program Director–responsible for the whole company. Anything is possible here.
